Processing & Shipping Times

We offer two types of products: Pre-Order and Pre-Made. Shipping times vary based on the product type.

  • Pre-Order Items: These are made-to-order and require a processing time of 3-4 weeks before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Pre-Made Items: These items are ready to ship and will be processed within 3-4 business days after your order is placed.

Correct Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Multiple Item Orders

If you purchase both Pre-Order and Pre-Made items in the same order, your order will be shipped once all items are ready. If you want your Pre-Made items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
